Druk Path Trek 8 Days

Druk Path Trek in Bhutan is a relatively short, moderate grade trek leading from Paro valley to Thimphu valley, or vice versa, & crossing the chain of mountains that separates the two valleys. Druk Path Trek passes through sparsely populated places. One of the interesting features of this trek is the presence of beautiful lakes enroute teeming with fish.

Also this area is particularly famous for spectacular rhododendron forests, which run riot in the month of May. The best time for this trek is March – May and September – November. This trip can be adjustable for pre-extension and extension program including culture tour.

Dagala Trek 8 Days

Dagala Trek is an excellent trek for those of good fitness who without necessarily having had previous Alpine experience. Dagala Trek is moderate standard rated trek passes through various picturesque high altitude lakes so named as the Thousand Lakes Trek. Also the route is particularly rich in bird species, alpine flowers and attractive meadows.

The route also presents fascinating views of prominent eastern Himalayan peaks such as Mt’s. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Chomolhari, Jichu Drake, Masang Gang, Tsenda Gang and Gangchhenta. The best months for thistrek are April/May and October/November.

Jomolhari Trek 12 Days

Jomolhari Trek 12 days, crosses the high passes of Nyile La and Yali La which have superb views of the eastern Himalaya. A scenic trek towards Bhutan’s sacred mountain, Chomolhari, on the border with Tibet. Mount Chomolhari at 7,134m is the second highest peak in Bhutan lying on the northern border with Tibet. The trek to Chomolhari Base Camp traverses beautiful and varied country and after a day acclimatising and exploring around Base Camp we cross a high mountain pass to reach the Camp below Lingshi Dzong. This is a monastery and fortress built by the first ruler of Bhutan to defend against a Tibet invasion, the Dzong has a superb location on a hill overlooking Lingshi village.

Jomolhari Trek 12 days – Highlights

A scenic trek towards Bhutan’s sacred mountain, Chomolhari, on the border with Tibet.
The trail crosses the high passes of Nyile La and Yali La which have superb views of the eastern Himalaya.
At the start of the trip we organise a visit to Haa valley for two nights in order to help essential acclimatisation before the trek. This valley offers wonderful scenic walk along trails passing through traditional villages and magnificent monasteries.
